At Unio SA there three types of heat treatment available:
- hardening
- annealing
- induction hardening
Stress-relieving annealing of large welded components up to a unit weight of 40t can be carried out in cooperation with a neighboring company with very short lead times.
Several modern heating ovens with dimensions of up to 11m in length and 6m in width are available.
Heat curves are recorded and documented according to customer requirements. Larger components possible with other cooperation partners in Romania.
