Our equipment for mechanical machining includes a total of 9 CNC milling machines with travel distances of up to X = 20,000 mm; Y = 5,000 mm; Z = 3,000 mm.
Heavy rotary tables with a load capacity of up to 60 t, which enable high-precision multi-sided machining of large welded parts, are available.
The continuous training and trustful cooperation of our specialist staff, the use of the latest processing technologies, such as tool presetting and laser measurement before each use, as well as the control of each individual workpiece before delivery guarantee the highest production quality.
Mechanical machining – Turning
One of the machines that makes Unio SA unique in the SE Europe is “the carousel” – a vertical turning machine with a 5,000 mm maximum diameter.

Gear cutting
The spur and helicoidal gear cutting machines are able to cut diameters up to 5,000 mm with modules of 42 mm to a 9-11 precision class, while the one that cuts up to 1,200 mm in diameter with 24 mm module has a precision class of 4-5.
