According to customer specifications, we manufacture welded parts such as excavator frames, press bodies, crane components with unit weights between 500 kg – 120,000 kg in the highest welding quality.

The team’s work is subject to constant supervision by international engineers (DVS-IIW). The components are manufactured in compliance with the guidelines of DIN 18800-7 “Class E”.

Procedure tests according to DIN EN ISO 15614-1 are available for carbon-manganese steels such as S235 J0 – S355 J2 + N, cast steel, wear-resistant materials such as HB500, through to fine-grained structural steels of quality S960 QL in material thicknesses of 10mm – 160mm.
